abe999 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the abe999 website accessible at abe999.org and any associated mobile or web-based interface operated by the Company.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses any service provided by abe999.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Player's account, excluding bonus balances.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any game, sport, or event available on the Platform.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To register and maintain an account on the abe999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players between 18 and 20 years of age are not eligible regardless of local law.
• You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of abe999 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to update your information promptly should any detail change.

abe999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Where verification documents are requested, the Player must provide them within 7 calendar days. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until the matter is resolved.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts discovered by abe999 will be closed and any associated balances — including winnings — may be forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately.

Players are solely and wholly responsible for all activity that occurs within their account. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Do not use the same password on abe999 that you use on other websites or services.
• Log out fully after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access, data breach, or suspicious account activity to our support team at [email protected] immediately.

abe999 will never contact you by email, phone, or live chat to request your password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our security team without delay.

abe999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects has been accessed without authorisation or that is being operated in a manner inconsistent with these Terms. In such circumstances, funds may be held pending investigation.

All deposits and withdrawals on the abe999 Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment channels as displayed at the time of transaction.
• Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are set by abe999 and are subject to change. Current thresholds are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held until documentation is satisfactorily provided.
• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operational hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of peak demand, technical maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• abe999 reserves the right to perform enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request, in particular where the amount exceeds ৳50,000 or where unusual betting patterns precede the withdrawal request.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the abe999 account. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.

abe999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Players experiencing persistent issues with transactions should contact support at [email protected].

abe999 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are fulfilled will be cancelled without conversion.
• abe999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where the promotion has been made available in error.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Claiming a new bonus whilst an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• The use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — known as bonus abuse or multi-accounting — will result in cancellation of all bonus balances across all accounts involved, as well as potential permanent account closure.
• Free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which will be stated at the time of the promotion.

abe999 retains sole discretion to determine whether a Player qualifies for any given promotion. Players who have been self-excluded or placed on voluntary deposit limits may be ineligible for certain bonus offers.

All bets and wagers placed on the abe999 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question. General conduct rules applicable across all games include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. abe999 does not accept requests to void or amend confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred on the part of the Company.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or sporting event, abe999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. In cases where a fair resolution cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds on sports markets may be subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• abe999 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any Player, market, or event at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
• Suspected instances of match-fixing, use of insider information, or collusion between Players will be investigated and may be referred to appropriate authorities. Associated winnings will be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.

For cricket betting specifically, results are determined by the official outcome as declared by the relevant cricket governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In-play markets are settled according to the state of play at the time of settlement and are subject to the specific in-play rules available in the sports betting section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abe999 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with or derive advantage from the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or system malfunctions in games, odds feeds, or the Platform infrastructure for financial gain.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit Platform pricing errors.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other activity intended to obscure the origin of funds deposited on the Platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or account credentials to any third party.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abe999 support staff or other Players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abe999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or interruption of service caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Company's control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional content that are corrected promptly upon discovery.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account arising from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

The total aggregate liability of abe999 to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

abe999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The following tools and protections are available to all account holders at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within your account settings. Limits can be reduced immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at regular intervals reminding you of the time spent and amounts wagered in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Minimum self-exclusion periods start from 30 days. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive marketing communications from abe999.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of abe999.
• The abe999 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks without express written permission.

abe999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is stated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

abe999 may suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• abe999 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.
• abe999 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You are found to have misrepresented your age, identity, or eligibility at the time of registration.

Upon termination, any real-money funds remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to abe999 under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course and the proceeds credited or debited accordingly.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which abe999 is incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between you and abe999, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. abe999 will endeavour to resolve any complaint or dispute fairly and promptly, typically within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

• Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint".
• You must include your registered account username, the nature of the complaint, and any supporting evidence.
• abe999 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
